Commissioned Costumes |
| Interested in one of my custom made costumes? Then you had better read through
my guidelines and rules! Including: Deadlines, Waiting Times, Payment Methods, How to Measure Yourself, etc.

1) Commission Early! |
I have stated this in multiple places for a reason, I am a full-time student and I have a part-time job
so I don't have tons of free time. During summer my availability for costumes is greater but that
still doesn't change the fact that I can only sew so fast! Commission me for a costume at least
6 weeks in advance, if not 2-3 months.
If you want a quality costume, commission me early!

2) Construction and Waiting Times |
Please take note that construction on your commissioned costume DOES NOT begin until
payment is recieve in full. I need money to buy fabric folks, and until I get payment, commissions that are
payed in full will get my priority, even if they ordered AFTER you. If this seems unfair, I apologize, but it's just the way I work.
I will email you once I recieve the payment to notify you that construction will begin, from there I will email (if possible) an in progress image
to verify your satisfaction.

3) How To Measure Yourself |
To get a costume that fits comfortably, you need to measure very carefully, try not to round up or down. NEVER ever commission a costume with incorrect measurements thinking you're going to lose weight
before the con, this is VERY risky. If you're sure you can do it, then wait until you lose the weight to commission me.
I have here a fairly thorough chart of the measurements that I may need.If I accept your commission, then I also ask you send me all those measurements! Accuracy is Key!

4) Payment and Shipping Methods |
I accept only a few forms of payment, including Paypal, and money orders. Although these are my preferred methods of payment
I am flexible and I'll try to work with you for a payment option that suits you. However: I Do not, under any circumstances accept Western Union
money transfers!
Just NO.
When it comes to shipping, I ship with The United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. This means that your costume will generally reach you
within 2-4 days of my shipping of it, as long as its in the U.S. If you want your costume shipped with insurance or with the need for a signature before delivery,
please state so in the comment section of my commission form.
I'm flexible, I'll work with you.
